Upon joining AxifyNetwork, players must agree to the following terms:
It is the responsibility of the player to be knowledgeable of the rules and to stay updated if the rules are changed. If any rule is broken, that player or offending party will be punished as specified in these global rules or the realm they’re playing on’s specific rules.
If any rule is broken, that player or offending party will be punished as specified in this document or under the discretion of an administrator.
All rules fall under ADMIN DISCRETION at any given time. If you are unsure about any rules or information stated below, please reach out to a staff member or create a support ticket in our discord. A lot of commonly found rules have been removed due to us preventing them via in-game mechanics - if any of these mechanics fail to work we reserve the right to punish the players involved and roll back any lasting effects. Common sense is also very actively used in all cases even if not directly stated in a rule.
NOTE: Staff reserves the right to edit, add or change these rules at any time. All rule changes will be announced to the public at the time of the edit. In extreme cases, management reserves the right to change rules after the action has been done to protect the network, its players, and its staff members.
All bans count as a ban towards your group unless otherwise stated in your realm’s specific rules document. All cheating related bans will result in a ban for your group.
Items, accounts, and more which are shared between players are not the responsibility of staff to recover. Please see your specific realm’s rules for their policy on insiding for further information.
If you have video recorded proof of dying to a server error, or recorded proof of dying to a cheater (this should be enough proof to get said cheater banned), you may request an inventory rollback via a ticket. Despite the proof you provide, you still may not always be eligible for a rollback.
AxifyNetwork will not moderate anything said or played in a chat outside of our own. This includes separate programs as well as modifications to the game such as a client-based chat or in-game voice chat. Please see our blacklist policy for further information regarding action that may be taken on blacklistable offenses.
Any attempt to ‘loophole’ or to bypass rules is strictly not allowed. Use common sense, and if necessary then simply ask staff for clarification via a ticket. Attempts to ‘loophole’ the rules will be dealt with accordingly.
Any rules broken involving punishments that result in group strikes will be dealt with by the strike team. All Strike related punishments fall under the discretion of the strike team AT ALL TIMES.
If a group collectively fails to use core mechanics of the game it will be classified as player error and rollbacks will NOT be imposed for issues that arise as a result. Actions done by a single player that leads to issues for an entire group may result in a rollback if deemed necessary by the staff team.
Example: a faction being raided because they had a hole in their base.
Advertising is not tolerated anywhere. This includes but is not limited to public chat, messages, group descriptions or group chat. It is the act of attempting to get other players to join another server through sending a link to that server’s discord, website or the store. You may also not advertise any type of hacked client. You’re allowed to speak about other server events. Recruitments for group discords are allowed.
1st Offense: Permanent Ban (Excluded from group bans)
Death Threats:
Telling someone to kill themselves is strictly not allowed. If a player comes to you with a chat report of death threats in private messages get a Sr. mod to verify it via core inspect.
1st Offense: 6 Hour Mute
2nd Offense: 12 Hour Mute
3rd Offense: 1 Day Mute
4th Offense: 3 Day Mute
Spamming excessively, anything of the same or similar content more than 5 times in a short space of time, is not allowed and the following punishments will apply to those that break this rule. If the chat flood consists of something that is not spoken via sending a message like spamming bounties then the below punishment lengths will apply but will be a ban instead of a mute.
1st Offense : Warning
2nd Offense: 1 Hour Mute
3rd+ Offense: 6 Hour Mute
If you are caught sending pornographic links, links that will be harmful to another player, or will cause general discomfort in those who open them will be muted/blacklisted depending on the severity of said link.
General Offense: 7 day ban
Using helpop for any reason other than getting assistance with something in-game will result in a punishment.
1st Offense: Warning
2nd Offense: 1 Hour Ban
Using 3rd party software (i.e multibot, console client, OQ minebot) to spam public chat with messages, creating groups and disbanding them, etc. is prohibited.
1st Offense: IP Mute
2nd Offense (if evasion): IP Ban
The act of doxing, ddosing or swatting is NOT tolerated. You are also not allowed to post your “own” information, fake information (i.e., address of the White House), or any “public” information, including first names, as long as they are not obtainable via discord names or past minecraft names. If anyone makes a threat towards you in private messages, please make a ticket on our discord so a Sr. Mod+ can verify. Any sort of joking with malicious intentions about this matter is also punishable. Each instance of this rule is handled on a case by case basis, with the final decision left to the discretion of the senior administration/management team. All proof must be submitted within 48 hours of it happening. If you suspect and have sufficient evidence that a player is attempting to or has DDoS’d etc then PM it to a SrAdmin+ and they will act accordingly. We will not act on things done in OTHER discords or other servers or PMS to an extent. If it happens on the AxifyNetworks discord or server then you will be punished. All cases of this will be taken case by case and ALL cases will be handled and dealt with at admin+ discretion. This includes messaging your friend In-game.
Note: These rules are incredibly subjective to Staff discretion, and evidence will be looked at with absolute scrutiny by multiple staff members before action is taken. Also note, any remarks made along these lines towards any current member of the staff team will have very little leniency and will be handled much more strictly.
1st Offense: Management Discretion
Any use of a modification to your client or peripherals, special peripherals, or programs which give yourself an unfair advantage over another player is not allowed. If you are not sure if your modification is allowed, open a ticket for further assistance.
1st Offense: Player is banned for 7 days
2nd Offense: Player is banned for 14 days
If players have not reported a bug, and are abusing it to harm other players' experience or use it for personal gain, this violates our rule. If a faction uses a bug or exploits it to gain access to a faction's base, this is also punishable. This includes trying to duplicate or exploit items, value, or money. This also includes not playing the gamemode as it is intending on being played. You are also not allowed to exploit rules. This includes rules that might not have been fully clarified correctly.
Punishment: Admin Discretion
Use of modifications to your game to automate the production of economy-producing resources is not permitted. This includes using multiple accounts at a time to gain an economic advantage. These will all fall under the same scrutiny as other blacklisted modifications as well as the following additional punishments, this includes being AFK while using f11 to farm cane for more than 90 seconds.
Punishment: Ban of accounts used, reduction of 5% of the group’s total value, and a reset of all of the player’s economy-related statistics. This includes a disqualification from an economy top reward.
Going AFK using our Autofish enchant is prohibited. Using any modification other than our upgradable autofish enchant is also prohibited. You must respond within 3-5 minutes of being checked for being AFK.
1st Offense: Warning & /spawn'ed
2nd Offense: 1 Day Ban
3rd Offense+: 3 Day Ban
- Autoclicking is now allowed if used to the following description: the autoclicker used must not have the function of being able to bind to your right click key (patching with it) - your autoclicker may not have an option that has auto block hit on it. Using alternate accounts to bypass a mute or a ban is prohibited. If there is an issue with this (i.e, siblings playing on the same internet connection) open a ticket immediately and communicate this to our staff team.
Mute Evasion: 1st Offense: IP Mute for the rest of the original mute length
Mute Evasion: 2nd Offense: IP Ban for the rest of the original mute length
Ban Evasion: 1st Offense: IP Ban for the rest of the original ban length
Blacklist Evasion: Repeat of the original punishment
Any attempt to create purposefully obstructive buildings of any sort to block other groups from building or ‘grief’ server owned builds is not permitted.
Punishment: 1 Day ban
Punishment : 7 Day ban (If caught cobble monstering into Warzone)
Any attempt to interfere with someone elses raid in any capacity will result in the punishment below.
Punishment: 1 Day Ban
Freezing your Minecraft by intentionally crashing your game is not allowed.
1st Offense: Warning
2nd+ Offense: 12 hour ban (Excluded from faction bans)
On AxifyNetwork we allow flyboost up to 2x your normal speed, any higher speeds are not permitted.

Insiding is classified as taking value from your faction, taking items, tp’ing members into your base or farm, tp’ing enemies into cannon boxes, giving other groups information about your base, unclaiming warzone traps, etc. If a spawner is placed in a group’s territory, it is owned by that group. Players who betray their group in a way that does not affect their value (e.g.,. stealing armor or tools) will not be punished by staff. However, if value (e.g.,. money or spawners) is stolen, it is considered insiding. If a group gets insided by another group, the group that conducted the inside will have to compensate the group that was insided for all their missing value.
1st Offense: 30 day ban (bans added to the group that insided)
2nd Offense: Permanent ban (bans added to the group that insided)
You are not allowed to merge groups during TNT, this includes but is not limited to the transferring of wealth, value, items, gear, or players between them.
Punishment: Removal of merged value and punishment via strike team discretion
Once you have joined a group you may not leave it to join another. This does not include fully switching allegiances during the map.
Punishment: 1 day ban
You are allowed to use infinite buckets to patch as long as they do not create an extra regen.
1st Offense: Warning
2nd Offense: 1h Ban
Interfering or third partying an Arena 1v1 in anyway shape or form is prohibited.
1st Offense: 24h Ban
Block glitching is not allowed, and is classified as breaking a block to quickly hit a player behind that block. You are also not allowed to place blocks to “glitch up” to a point you would otherwise be unable to reach.
1st Offense: Warning
2nd+ Offense: 12 hour ban (Excluded from faction bans)
Leeching a raid is not allowed at all. This means you may not take from the contents of a base if another group is raiding it. All value gained from the leechers will be removed and given to the group who is raiding.
Punishment: 7 Day Temporary Ban for any player leeching (Excluded from faction bans.
You may only have two trap claims near the warzone, and it may be 7x7 chunks Maximum.
1st Offense: Warning
2nd Offense: 1 strike point and a 6 hour ban to the claiming player.
Teaming is not permitted in any way during LMS. LMS is a free-for-all. This includes cooperation during the event between different members of your group.
Teaming between two factions is strictly prohibited. This includes but is NOT limited to; teaming while raiding, defending, warzone pvp, and raiding outpost. All players must be in the same faction at the same time if they plan on fighting/pvping together.
Punishment: 6 hour bans (LMS teaming)
Punishment: 24 hour bans (Any other sort of teaming)
Intentionally trapping another player with a gen/patch bucket, printer, chunkbuster, cauldron or with a lever is not allowed. This includes intentionally placing genbuckets or lava on top of other players to get them stuck inside blocks. This Also includes using Sand bots to trap someone. You are also not allowed to use /printer to fix your regens during a raid (such as breaking blocks in 1 hit.)
Punishment: 12 Hour Ban
Using any type of block or item to block or cover your spawners so they’re unable to be creeper egged or blown up by TNT or obtained is not allowed. This includes placing spawners in any unattainable location such as the world border or in boxes that aren’t used for the purpose of grinding them.
Punishment: Blocks around the spawners removed and 1 Faction Point
While we try to limit our in-hand screen sharing by utilizing tools such as Echo from in-game, our screenshared verified staff reserve the right to perform a screenshare at any time if deemed necessary. You can confirm what staff are verified in screensharing by seeing who has the SS Verified role in the discord.
All screensharing staff reserves the right to use the programs in this document at any time during a screenshare. Screenshares requiring further tools will be monitored and or reviewed by management if requested.
Any information found in screenshares done with the intent of locating proof of offense to a blacklistable rule will result in a blacklist. See our Blacklist Policy for more information regarding blacklistable offenses.
Any use of a modification to your client or peripherals, special peripherals, or programs that give you an unfair advantage over another player is not allowed. If a player admits to using a blacklisted modification after being messaged by a staff member, and before a screenshare starts, they will receive a lesser punishment.
If any player is frozen by a staff member and told to join a screenshare, that player is not allowed to refuse or fail to join the screenshare for any reason at all. Non Disclosure Agreements (NDA’s) or any other private information/software is not a valid excuse to avoid a screenshare and failure to follow the directions of the screensharer will also not allowed. Failure to abide by these terms will result in the punishment outlined by the rule you were expected of breaking.
The use of FAT32 formatted flash drives, any hidden partition, or removing flash drives from your computer prior to a screenshare is not permitted. If you are not sure how your flash drive is formatted or you do not know how to change its format settings, Note: Any programs that intentionally hide or alter flash drive data such as Veracrypt, DiskCryptor, GnuPG, FileVault, or any others are will fall under the same scrutiny as a FAT32 drive. Attempting to hide files in a way such as this will prohibit screensharers from confirming whether the player is cheating or not and will result in the same punishment as having a blacklisted modification.
Purposefully editing, disabling, restarting processes such as diagTrack, PCAClient, Windows Defender & sysMain, or clearing the recycling bin to hide anything is not permitted regardless of circumstance. This includes usage of CCleaner, CacheMonkey or any other string cleaners. Any instances of this will be deemed as an attempt to conceal the usage of cheats and will result in the same punishment as if the player had been cheating.
